1. Service status
Keyra is preparing to launch and, as of this version, does not provide virtual asset exchange services. We publish no rates, accept no orders and handle no customer money until registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the National Bank of Georgia is granted.
Everything published on keyra.ge is for reference only, is not a public offer, and creates no obligation to enter into a transaction.
2. Who this refers to
"Keyra", "we" — the crypto and cash exchange service operating under the keyra.ge domain. "You" — a visitor of the site. Company registration details will be published here before services begin.
3. Using the site
You are free to use the site: read the materials, subscribe to the launch notification, ask a question. We ask you not to:
- impersonate Keyra or its staff, including in messengers and social networks;
- generate automated load on the site or the subscription form, or work around the request limits;
- copy the texts, design and brand assets for commercial use without our written consent.
We may restrict access in case of activity that disrupts the site or other visitors.
4. Launch subscription
By leaving your email address in the form, you agree to receive one message — that the exchange has launched. There will be no newsletters, no advertising and no sharing of your address with third parties.
Along with the address we store the date of the request, the interface language and the IP address — the last one protects the form from automated submissions. The data is kept until the launch message is sent and no longer than six months after that, then deleted.
You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@keyra.ge — we remove the address from the list without follow-up questions.
5. Cookies and browser data
The site uses no cookies for advertising or analytics and loads no third-party trackers. Only your chosen language is stored in browser storage, so the right version opens on your next visit. Clearing site data in the browser removes that record entirely.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers — standard behaviour for web fonts.
6. What changes at launch
The terms of the exchange itself — rates and fees, limits, payout times, the AML check and identity verification procedure, and what happens if payment details are entered incorrectly — will be published as a separate document before the first transaction. These rules cover only the use of the site at the current stage and do not govern the exchange.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep the information current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or that the site is always available. Licensing timelines depend on the regulator, so we name no launch date and take no responsibility for expectations built on assumed timelines.
We are not responsible for third-party resources linked from the site, or for messages from people impersonating Keyra outside our official channels — the keyra.ge domain, email on that domain, and the @keyra_ge channel.
8. Intellectual property
The Keyra name, logo, brand assets, design and site texts belong to Keyra. Quoting with attribution is fine; commercial use is by agreement.
9. Governing law
These rules are governed by the law of Georgia. We prefer to resolve disputes by correspondence — please write to us before going elsewhere.
10. Changes to these rules
We may update these rules — for example, once the license is granted and the exchange goes live. A new version is published on this page, with the version date shown at the top. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
